This document outlines our policies regarding auto-ship subscriptions, refunds, returns, and cancellations. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our processes.

AUTO-SHIP POLICY

Membership Requirement

The Auto-Ship program is exclusive to registered members. You can manage all your auto-ship settings from your Member Area dashboard.

How Auto-Ship Works

1 Selection

Add products to your auto-ship subscription directly from your panel within the membership area.

2 Frequency

Deliveries are scheduled on a monthly basis for your convenience.

3 Automatic Payment

Payments are processed automatically with email notifications sent before each charge.

4 Shipping Notifications

You'll receive email updates before each shipment is processed.

Modification or Cancellation NO PENALTY

You can adjust or cancel your auto-ship subscription at any time without any penalties. Simply log into your Member Panel and make changes as needed.

Full Refund Eligibility (100%)

Orders are eligible for a full refund ONLY if they meet BOTH of the following conditions:

  • The order has NOT been shipped yet
  • Less than 72 hours have passed since purchase

Return Policy for Received Products

For products already received, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. The item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unworn
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Important: Refunds for products returned after 72 hours from purchase will be processed as store credit coupons.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact us at support@vida-sabia.com to request a return
Step 2: Wait for approval and receive shipping instructions
Step 3: Ship the item using the provided label
Step 4: Receive confirmation once your return is processed

Note: Returns will NOT be accepted without prior request and approval.

Damages and Issues

Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • Any part of your order is missing

Contact us at support@vida-sabia.com right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different product:

  1. Return the original item following the return process
  2. Make a separate new purchase for the desired product

Processing Your Refund

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved:

  • Within 72 hours of purchase (not shipped): Full refund to original payment method
  • After 72 hours from purchase: Store credit coupon for the subtotal amount

Refunds to the original payment method may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Important Notice: Please note that payments made with cryptocurrencies are NOT eligible for refunds to the original payment method. These transactions will be refunded as store credit coupons only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within the first 72 hours after placement, provided they have not been shipped yet.

To cancel an order: Contact us at support@vida-sabia.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive it.

Auto-Ship Cancellations

Cancel Anytime NO FEES

Members can modify or cancel their auto-ship settings at any time from their Member Panel. There are NO penalties or cancellation fees applied.

How to cancel:

  1. Log into your Member Area
  2. Navigate to Auto-Ship Settings
  3. Select "Cancel Auto-Ship" or modify your preferences
  4. Confirm your changes
