Understanding and Acceptance
It is important to understand that income earned as an IBP with Vida Sabia comes primarily from the sale of products to end consumers. Your success will depend on your own sales skills and the sales skills of the people in your downline.
Income Disclosure Statement
Before signing the IBP Agreement, each affiliate acknowledges having received and understood the Vida Sabia Income Disclosure Statement. This statement provides an honest representation of the income that an average IBP can expect, excluding expenses incurred in promoting their business.
No Income Guarantee
Vida Sabia does not guarantee any level of income nor assures the success of IBPs. The Vida Sabia Rewards Plan should be presented in its entirety, emphasizing that product sales to end consumers are required to receive volume bonuses from the downline network.
PROHIBITED CLAIMS
IBPs are Prohibited from Making the Following Claims:
- Any claims not expressly stated in official Vida Sabia literature, labels, or corporate website
- Claims that Vida Sabia products can cure, treat, diagnose, mitigate, or prevent diseases
- Guaranteed income amounts or specific earning promises
- Misleading statements about business opportunities or success rates
- Any unauthorized medical or health claims
Compliance is Mandatory
IBPs must adhere strictly to official company materials and approved marketing language. Violations may result in termination of your IBP agreement.
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY
Tax Obligations
As independent contractors, income earned by IBPs is subject to personal taxes. It is the exclusive responsibility of the IBP to declare such income on their individual tax returns.
Vida Sabia recommends consulting with a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Business Expenses
IBPs are responsible for all business-related expenses, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and advertising costs
- Product samples and demonstrations
- Travel and event attendance
- Website and technology expenses
- Training and educational materials
These expenses should be factored into your overall income calculations.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION OR INACTIVITY
Important: Loss of Rights
In the event that an IBP business becomes inactive, is cancelled, or terminated, the IBP understands that they will permanently lose all rights to commissions, bonuses, or other income generated by the activities of their downline sales network.
This loss is immediate and irreversible upon cancellation or termination of your IBP agreement.
BUSINESS CHANGES
Company Rights and Changes
Vida Sabia reserves the right to:
- Cease operations
- Dissolve as a business entity
- Terminate the distribution of its products and/or services
- Modify compensation plans or business structures
If any of these events occur, the income potential of an IBP could be significantly affected or eliminated entirely.
