By accessing or using this website, subdomain, or services, you also declare that you have the legal authority under applicable legislation (including age requirements) to accept these Terms on your own behalf and/or on behalf of any other person you represent in connection with the use of the website or services.

3LICENSE OF USE

5SUBSCRIPTION AND RENEWAL
All Customers or Users must renew their subscriptions in a timely manner. A grace period of seven (7) calendar days may be granted to renew the subscription after its expiration (at the Company's sole discretion).
Important Note
The new subscription period will begin from the payment due date and not from the date payment is made during the grace period.
6IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
The Customer understands and agrees that we only act as Service Providers (when applicable), aggregating services from other providers, and therefore do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of such information.
- a) You agree that the Service may include certain communications from us, such as service announcements or administrative messages, and that you cannot opt out of receiving them.
- b) You agree that we offer the Services "AS IS" and assume no responsibility for delays, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to save custom settings (when applicable). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and the necessary equipment for it.
- c) If you subscribe to our Services with automatic renewal, you authorize us to automatically charge the renewal fee to the payment method provided, along with applicable taxes.
- d) Your membership will be charged at the beginning of the period and at each subsequent periodic renewal, unless you cancel it. There are no refunds after the cancellation period, as described in the Cancellation Policy.
- e) There will be no refunds or credits for partial unused periods, unless required by law. You may cancel at any time from our Customer Support Portal.
- f) If you wish to change your payment method or it has expired, you can update it from the same portal. If the charge fails, we may suspend or cancel your account immediately.
- g) We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any Membership Service at any time without prior notice.
7REGISTRATION OR USE OF WEBSITE OR SERVICES
To access certain Services, you must register and create an account. You must choose a username and password, and it is your responsibility to keep that information confidential.
Your Responsibility
You release us from all liability for the misuse of such information.
8GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE OF SITE AND SERVICES
Our website and services are available globally without restrictions from us. You may access from anywhere at your own risk and are responsible for complying with applicable local or international laws.
9RESTRICTED COUNTRIES FOR SERVICES
Sanctioned Countries
- a) Although the site may be accessed from any country, we do not offer services to residents of countries sanctioned by the United States, the UN, or applicable international laws.
- b) The list of sanctioned countries is for reference and users are expected to perform their own due diligence before using the site.
- c) If we detect that the Customer is a resident of one of those countries, we may cancel the subscription without prior notice or right to refund.
10OUR GENERAL OBLIGATIONS
- a) We strive to offer all Services on time and with the best possible quality, without interruptions from our providers and partners.
- b) We seek to provide efficient and timely customer service.
- c) We will deliver contracted and paid Services with the utmost diligence and without unjustified interruptions.
- d) The Customer has the right to file complaints regarding service deficiencies as established in these Terms and other current policies.

We are committed to responding within a reasonable timeframe, although we do not guarantee specific response times.
12PROHIBITION OF SERVICE RESALE
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any part of the Service
- Sell or resell the Service or its use or access
- Commercially exploit any part of the Service
13LIMIT FOR FILING CLAIMS
Time Limit
The Customer agrees that any claim related to the use of the Website or Services must be filed within a period of one (1) year from the event that gave rise to such claim. After that period, such claim will be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
14DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- a) You agree that you use our Services at your own risk. We provide the Services "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, meet your expectations, or correct all defects.
- b) We shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- c) In the event that any part of this clause is deemed invalid, our liability shall be limited to the subscription amount paid by the Customer in the month prior to the claim date.
15RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS
The Customer agrees that we have the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at any time. It is the Customer's responsibility to regularly review the website to be aware of such changes.
Continued Use Implies Acceptance
Continued use of the Website or Services after any modification implies acceptance of the updated Terms. When significant changes are made, we may notify the Customer through a prominent notice or by email. If the Customer does not wish to accept the new terms, they may cancel their account by contacting support.
16INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Protected Content
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Website—including texts, logos, graphics, images, icons, and designs—is the exclusive property of Vida Sabia.
Not permitted without prior authorization:

We offer multiple payment methods, which are available at the time of subscription. However, these methods may change over time.

20REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

21TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
If any service is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or supplier information error, we have the right to reject or cancel any order placed at that price.
This right applies even if the order has already been confirmed or charged.
22USER CONDUCT
All users must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have legal capacity to contract.

23CUSTOMER REPRESENTATION

- d) The Customer declares having read and accepted all current terms and policies.
24WARRANTIES AND INDEMNIFICATIONS
- a) The Customer warrants compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. They shall be responsible for any damage caused by their non-compliance.
- b) In case of non-compliance, the company may suspend services immediately and without prior notice, if it deems necessary to protect its interests.
25RIGHT OF UNILATERAL TERMINATION
We Reserve the Right to Cancel Your Subscription If:
- You affect our reputation or goodwill
- You participate in fraud or falsehood related to the Services
- You are charged with criminal conduct in any country
- You breach these Terms or other policies
- You violate site conduct standards
- You violate intellectual property rights
- You are a resident of a restricted country

26FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be obligated to provide services if events beyond our reasonable control prevent it, including natural disasters, wars, riots, supplier failures, or regulatory blockages.
27NO WAIVER
Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver thereof.
28WAIVER OF CLASS ACTIONS
The parties agree that any claim must be filed individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
29MEDIA CONTACT
Speaking with print media, electronic media, or social networks on behalf of the company without prior written permission is prohibited.
30GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
31DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- a) We will attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation between executives.
- b) If not resolved, it will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Wyoming, USA.
32ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the mentioned policies, constitute the complete agreement between the parties:

33NO ASSIGNMENT
The Customer may not assign this agreement without prior written consent from the company.
34SEVERABILITY
If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or illegal, the remainder shall remain in effect.
35PREVAILING LANGUAGE
In case of discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
36COUNTERPARTS
This agreement may be signed in multiple electronic or physical copies, each considered an original.
